The Therapy Files

Craig Johnson and Callum Jones
Podcasting
Therapyfiles 600x600

Callum Jones and I host a counselling podcast. We are interested in discussing topics that matter – both inside the counselling room – issues which are commonly brought into therapy such as grief, anxiety, depression. Yet, we’re also a podcast that has a dual focus, also looking outside of the therapy room at social and political issues which effect the world around us on a daily basis such as mental health awareness and wellbeing.

Let's Chat

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting — and that’s completely okay. You don’t need to have the “right words” or even know exactly what you’re looking for. Sometimes, it simply starts with a conversation.

If you’re curious about how counselling might help, or you’d just like to ask a few questions, I’d love to hear from you. There’s no pressure, no obligation — just a safe, friendly space to talk things through.
